Role Overview: The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and enhancing the brand presence of Nicholas Idoko Technologies. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the software industry, a passion for technology, and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.

Sales:

  • Conduct product demos for potential clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all customer interactions and sales activities.

Brand Promotion:

  • Represent Nicholas Idoko Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the product and leadership teams.
  • Gather insights from clients and potential clients to inform product development and improvements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in software sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
